Art as a Therapy During Uneasy Time
We are all going through this turbulent time where the only stable thing is a change. We are anxiously looking for stability. We wish we could have a crystal ball but we don’t. However, we have an art. Something that can be done all on our own and keep us above the water. It also develops our creative skills and has other benefits proven by scientists.
